“It is a passion project that we do on my free time. My wife does work full-time. I was working full-time until the pandemic and now I work about three and half days a week.

 

So we went in there and I'm sitting there reading the menu and my wife just sort of said, ‘Hey,’ she took her phone and snapped a picture of me holding the menu.”
